Specializing in Churrasco-style rotisserie, The Rotary slow cooks meats over a wood fire to bring out the best flavors. We use the freshest, seasonal and local produce for a variety of salads and sides, including house-made potato chips and flavorful sauces. We have paleo, gluten-free, and vegetarian options suitable for just about any palate. And, save room for house-made frozen soft-serve custard and chocolate “magic shell” with sea salt.
Before starting The Rotary, chef/co-owner Don Gragg worked at acclaimed restaurants nationwide including Barolo Grill, Starfish (Denver), Chez Panisse (Berkeley, Calif.) and Gramercy Tavern (New York) among others. His rustic, yet refined menu creations feature the flavors of culinary meccas like France, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Brazil and California. Inspired by his experience cooking over an open hearth in the South of France and frequenting churrascarias when living in LA., Chef Gragg’s philosophy is that great tasting food should come from local and seasonal ingredients prepared in a timeless, simple way.
